Mark and Olaf were more than helpful with check-in and being responsive to our questions. Great house boat to stay in and positively added to our Amsterdam experience.

Check out was at 10AM, at 10:04AM as we were packing our last things, the host came barging through the door without any knock or warning. I was still putting on a pair of pants and was half naked, which he didn't even acknowledge. He told us gruffly that we were past our checkout time (by four minutes) and then started roughly tidying the apartment. He then started cursing about us aggressively in Dutch, which we speak and understood all of it. We were truly speechless, and my wife ultimately felt so uncomfortable at how bizarrely angry this individual was behaving that we quickly grabbed our things without even checking the boat and left without a word.

This person is not suited to being an Airbnb host, and though this is otherwise a wonderful stay, I cannot recommend that anyone stay at this location.
