We promise, you will not find a better ‘Triple A’ city centre location and it’s amazingly quiet at this part of the Prinsengracht. All museums, shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs and that makes Amsterdam unforgettable are seriously within walking distances. Feed the ducks and fully enjoy the priceless views of the canal and the 17th century merchant houses lining it.
Houseboat Trijntje was built in 1924 and has everything on board to make your stay unforgettable. Your luxurious home away from home is fabulous for a (romantic) couple. This house is not suitable for wild party/ noisy people looking for wild times.

We LOVED staying on this houseboat. The location was great and we loved being able to sit out back in the early morning and nights. We would definitely stay again. The houseboat was very clean and well stocked. Olaf and Mark are so responsive and great hosts.

This is an amazing houseboat. I would recommend this for any traveler. Frankly, it was hard to leave this cozy houseboat to explore Amsterdam! We spent a good deal of time on the deck watching the canal activity. The hosts were excellent!

10/10 would recommend; as others have noted cannot ask for a better location. Mark & Olaf were great hosts - very communicative, good recommendations. Boat was very clean, had everything you’d need (coffee, tea, fully stocked kitchen, etc.). If you arrive before check-in there is a great little coffee and bagel cafe 30 feet away. It was incredible to come home and sit on the deck and watch the canal after a long day of walking/biking around, an excellent plus!

Our stay on Olaf and Mark’s boat was simply magical. We just couldn’t believe how lucky we were to be able to stay in such a wonderful place. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Don’t hesitate for one more minute!

We absolutely loved our stay on the boat! Some of the highlights were walking distance to all the restaurants, the lovely culture and the scones at the corner bagel shop. The little grocery store around the corner was perfect for our needs. The boat itself was super cozy! If I had just one suggestion, it would be for them to add a cozy throw blanket to the couch. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and completely met our expectations.

Olaf and Mark’s boat is a truly unique experience. The location is super, the boat is well equipped, and Olaf is a terrific host. His suggestions for local places was appreciated. I highly recommend.
